My stay at Falling Rock was an indulgent experience with top-notch service and luxurious accommodations. The butler service was a game changer, and I loved the spa treatments. However, the price was on the higher side, and it might not be the best fit for families seeking a more vibrant atmosphere, especially around the dining areas.
Our family had a memorable first visit filled with stunning views and engaging activities, and I truly appreciated the quick shuttle service that made getting around a breeze. However, the dining experience was subpar at the restaurant Rockwells, where we encountered frustratingly slow service and disappointing food quality. Overall, the resort offers fantastic features but could enhance its dining operations for a more seamless experience.
Falling Rock at Nemacolin offers a luxurious experience with fantastic butler service and a variety of enjoyable activities for the whole family. The accommodations are beautifully appointed and spacious, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. However, the concierge services fell short of expectations, and some dining options were pricier than anticipated. Despite these drawbacks, the butler and adventure center staff greatly enhanced our experience.
Our stay at Nemacolin Woodlands was absolutely unforgettable. The resort offered top-notch service and diverse activities that catered to all ages, ensuring everyone in the family had something to enjoy. The luxurious accommodations were beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. However, we faced a couple of minor setbacks, but the management was quick to address them and went above and beyond to make things right.
Our time at the resort had its highs and lows. While the spacious room offered a magnificent view, we faced several issues with customer service right from check-in. The grounds are beautiful, and we enjoyed many fantastic activities, but the dining options were limited during our visit due to the season.
